I am Mustafa Enes Debik.
From childhood to today, sport has always been at the center of my life — both professionally and in my daily routine. To deepen this passion with a stronger perspective, I completed my bachelor’s degree at Marmara University, Faculty of Sports Sciences.
In the final year of my studies, I discovered pickleball, and it quickly became more than just a sport — it became an essential part of my life. During this journey, I had the honor of representing Türkiye in two European Championships as a national pickleball athlete and team captain.
As an IPTPA Level 1 certified coach, I contribute to player development while working to ensure that pickleball grows in Türkiye with the right foundation and standards.
Three Shots, One Philosophy
From the moment I first stepped into pickleball, I realized how simple it looked, yet how deep its structure truly was. I understood that the game’s three fundamental shots "Drive, Drop, and Dink" were not just technical skills, but a way of thinking. This awareness encouraged me to take a bigger step: founding DDD Pickleball.
Drive, represents determination and progress — the courage to take the first step, both in the game and in life.
Drop, reminds us of calmness and balance — the ability to make the right decision under pressure.
Dink, symbolizes intelligence, finesse, and the ability to read the moment.
While bringing this young organization to life, I had one clear purpose in mind:
“To make pickleball more visible, more accessible, and a stronger sports culture in Türkiye.”
Just as I carry the energy of the drive, the balance of the drop, and the intelligence of the dink on the court, I aim to move forward with the same discipline and excitement as a company. Everyone who chooses, supports, or wishes to be part of DDD Pickleball is an essential part of this meaningful journey for me.
